AJB Group Ltd contacted Daltons Wadkin sales director Andy Walsh regarding their need to improve and speed up their crosscutting operations. Operations Director Mandeep Binji was keen to take their crosscutting capability to a new level and the equipment has now been installed by Daltons Wadkin engineers at AJB’s new state of the art manufacturing facility in Corby Northamptonshire.
The machine chosen was a Salvador S200 Superpush with 6000 mm infeed tables, programmable controls, twin aligners, a pusher ejection outfeed system coupled with waste trap door, label printing and software technology and provides AJB with massive reductions in both production time and wastage.
“The Salvador has more than justified my market research in identifying the best and most suitable automatic crosscut saw”.
