SALES PERSON – CNC Fiber Lasers

Location: Flexible (office-based/remote/customer sites)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. This role involves generating new leads and promoting the Kimla range of fiber lasers across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will:

  • Proactively generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell the Kimla range of fiber lasers to potential clients.
  • Arrange and conduct working demonstrations of the machinery.
  • Accompany potential clients on factory visits to Kimla.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Kimla product range and its applications in the sheet metal industry.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for demonstrations and installations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in the sheet metal industry is essential.
  • Knowledge of CNC fiber lasers and their applications.
  • Ability to work flexibly – office-based, remotely, and traveling to customer sites and Kimla’s manufacturing facility.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

SERVICE ENGINEER – Woodworking Machinery

Location: Field-based, across the UK

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our dedicated team. This field-based role involves:

  • Travelling across the UK to perform planned preventative maintenance on a variety of woodworking machinery.
  • Responding promptly to breakdown calls, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Installing new and serviced equipment, ensuring optimal functioning at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on woodworking machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery breakdowns.
  • Install and set up new or serviced machinery at customer locations.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in maintaining woodworking machinery is highly desirable.
  • Formal qualifications in mechanical engineering are preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
