Leading machinery supplier Daltons Wadkin is hosting an in-house show focusing solely on CNC cutting. The Kimla CNC Exhibition will be held in Nottingham from 27th to 29th September 2022 and will give manufacturers the opportunity to view live demonstrations on the latest CNC router, oscillating knife and fibre laser technology from leading European manufacturers Kimla.
“Manufacturers love the versatility and build quality that Kimla offer”, comments managing director Alex Dalton. “The market is fierce, but we set ourselves apart with unrivalled technology that gives our customers a competitive edge. Most importantly, our backup and service is second to none. We are continually investing in our dedicated CNC support team to ensure customers new and old receive effective, timely service”.
Whats on show?
Exhibiting for the first time in the UK will be the incredible Kimla PowerCut fiber laser. The PowerCut delivers uncompromised performance maximising the synergy between fiber laser efficiency and Kimla’s unique CNC motion technology – a must see for anyone cutting large volumes of sheet metal. High speed linear drives to each axis are included as standard, resulting in cutting speeds up to 4000 mm/ sec. With automatic pallet loading, compact operational footprint and a choice of laser powers up to 12 kW, the PowerCut is aimed at manufacturers looking for a reliable and efficient cutting system.
Also on show will be the Kimla BPF Industrial CNC router. Equipped with a large format vacuum bed, 400mm Z axis clearance, oscillating knife head and the latest PC-CAM CAD/ CAM/ Nesting software, visitors will be able to witness a wide range of materials being processed including wood based panels, plastics, foam, rubber, non-ferrous metals and composites.
For extreme accuracy milling, the Kimla BFN Linear is a fully enclosed machining centre. With linear drives to all three axis, a choice of bed sizes and clamping systems, the BPN is ideal for high production milling applications that demand absolute precision. Spindle powers and speeds can be specified to meet the demands of individual production requirements. The fully enclosed machining area offers a safe working environment with restricted access, sound and swarf suppression.
