  The SCM Olympic 500 Edgebander sets the standard for exceptional performance, versatility, and precision in edgebanding technology. Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of medium and large-scale production environments, the Olympic 500 delivers consistently superior results with ease and efficiency.

  Key features include the advanced SGP-E glue pot, capable of applying both EVA and PUR glues seamlessly, ensuring flawless glue lines every time. With its RT-V1 premilling unit, the machine guarantees perfect panel surfaces for precise joint lines. The innovative Round 2-A unit, with two dedicated motors, expertly handles corner rounding on both straight and shaped panels. The ID 3000 edge brightening unit elevates plastic edges by enhancing their colour brilliance using hot air technology.

  Designed for user convenience, the Olympic 500 incorporates the intuitive Maestro Active Edge software, enabling operators to easily control all machine functions through a user-friendly touchscreen interface. Enhanced connectivity features allow synchronization with company-wide systems, ensuring maximum productivity. Additionally, the narrow workpiece infeed system ensures accurate and safe insertion of small panels.

  With a robust and vibration-free framework, variable feed speeds ranging from 12 to 18 meters per minute, and the capability to handle edge thicknesses from 0.3 to 8mm (up to 12mm for solid wood), the Olympic 500 adapts seamlessly to diverse manufacturing needs. Optimized with an optional panel return system (fastback 21 and 25), it allows a single operator to efficiently manage the entire edgebanding process.
