  The Schiavi HFBX Series delivers a perfect balance of power, precision, and flexibility, making it the ideal solution for manufacturers seeking automated performance and reliable output in medium-to-high volume production.

  With bending forces from 1300 kN to 2200 kN and generous daylight and stroke dimensions, the HFBX is engineered to handle deep box components, complex profiles, and thick materials with ease. Its design features a composite lower table with automatic deformation compensation, ensuring perfect parallelism and consistently accurate results — even under high loads.

  Thanks to high-speed approach (up to 250 mm/s) and large daylight openings (up to 1000 mm optional), the HFBX is built for productivity without compromising on detail. It’s also designed with automation in mind, offering seamless integration with robotic systems, sheet handling devices, and Schiavi’s proprietary Task software platform.
