New Trainer Joins the Daltons Wadkin ‘Red Team’

We’re excited to announce the latest addition to our esteemed group of trainers at Daltons Wadkin: Philip Walker. With a deep-rooted history in the woodworking industry, Philip’s journey began as a teenager assisting in his family’s business. His career evolved over the years, seeing him take on various roles such as wood machinist, team leader, service coordinator, and business development manager.

Phil is not just seasoned in hands-on experience but also academically, boasting City & Guilds qualifications in Machine Woodworking Craft and Processes, Tool Room Technology, CNC Wood Machining, and Production Planning for Machine Shops.

Joining the renowned “red team” of trainers, Phil will be on the road, delivering site-based certificated courses in wood machining throughout the UK and Ireland. His immense experience and undeniable enthusiasm add another layer of expertise to our already distinguished team.

On his new role, Phil expressed, “I’m very excited to start my new job at Daltons Wadkin as a woodworking machinery training specialist. It’s great to be joining the UK’s number one woodworking machinery training provider and be part of such an incredible team in a long-established UK company.”

With Phil’s introduction, the Daltons Wadkin training team now proudly stands at five, further solidifying our position as a leader in the industry.
