• Description

  The SCM DMC SD 30 wide belt sander is available in a single or twin head versions with working widths of 950mm and 1100mm wide. Designed for calibrating and sanding solid wood, wood-based panels and veneered panels, the SD 30 can be pre-configured in one of three versions to suit your production.

  A version: Universal calibrating and sanding of solid wood.
  B version: Calibrating and sanding of solid wood and veneered material.
  C version: Solid wood and veneered calibrating and sanding also on honeycomb panels with irregular shapes and painted materials.

  As standard each machine features the following.

  Base and working table

  • steel structure with electric cabinet on the machine front
  • sanding belts introduction from the machine left side
  • powered adjustment of working thickness
  • main motor positioned inside the base
