Give your business the leading edge with CEHISA

Inside a CEHISA edgebander

CEHISA have been designing and developing edgebander technology for over 50 years and have built an enviable reputation for quality, reliability and value for money.

Manufactured in Spain, the extensive range is focused on small to medium sized panel processors including compact manually fed edgebanders for radius work, and higher production through-feed models with increasing levels of speed, capacities, automation and finishing.

Pre-milling and corner rounding options are available across all models meaning you can specify the right combination of working units to suit your production without having to invest in unnecessarily high capacity equipment.

CEHISA Pro edgebander DUO-MELT glue unit

For kitchen and bathroom manufacturers the DUO-MELT glue pot allows the use of both EVA and PUR adhesives with minimal fuss. The unique design includes a simple and efficient draining system for removing residual PUR glue after use.

The CEHISA AirFlow System has been developed to deliver the ultimate aesthetic on doors, draw fronts, etc., with a zero glue line. The system works in combination with special co-extruded polymer edging tape requiring no glue for adhesion.

Common to all CEHISA edgebanders is intuitive touch screen control providing operators with real-time graphical displays of operating speeds, glue temperature, group control, programmable pre-sets and machine diagnostics.

Key to the success of CEHISA products over the past 50 years is the companies unwavering drive to build robust, reliable edgebanders that deliver a consistently high finish without being unnecessarily complicated.

A CEHISA from Daltons Wadkin includes specialist delivery, installation and training services to ensure maximum return on your investment.
